INFORMATION TEXT WITHIN THE SCOPE OF THE PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW (KVKK)

This clarification text has been prepared by EnHealHub LLC in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("KVKK") to inform data subjects regarding the processing of their personal data.

  • Authorized public institutions and organizations,

  • Ministry of Health, Social Security Institution, and relevant official authorities,

  • Contracted healthcare service providers in line with legal requirements,

  • Business partners involved in service delivery (laboratories, medical analysis centers, etc.).

In accordance with Article 11 of KVKK, as a data subject, you have the following rights:

  • To learn whether your personal data is being processed,

  • To request information if your personal data has been processed,

  • To learn the purpose of processing and whether your data is being used appropriately,

  • To learn the third parties to whom your data is transferred domestically or abroad,

  • To request correction of incomplete or incorrect data,

  • To request deletion or destruction of your data,

  • To object to any adverse results arising from the analysis of your data exclusively by automated systems,

  • To demand compensation if you suffer damages due to unlawful data processing.
